And yes, I hate politics in general and I have no delusions that Democrats hold the keys to solving the mess the current administration has made. But hey, they're better than what we currently have.

Im voting Democratic because I think the goverment knows how to spend my paycheck better than I do and I want the taxes raised alot. Also I am voting democratic because I think we need to use alcohol instead of gasoline even thou it takes more energy to make alcohol than alcohol produces when burned. I am also voting democratic because I think gays deserve to marry even thou the definition of marriage is the union of two people of the opposite sex. I am voting democratic because I think the supreme court should make laws instead of the people we send to congress. I am voting Democratic because I think the laws of the land as far as immigration are unjust. I think anyone who makes it to this country should be able to stay even though they cant speak english, dont pay taxes, and make hospital stays and all other services more expensive. And lastly I am voting democratic because I AM AN IDIOT,

The only reason I care about gay marriage is because I am a religous person and marriage is a religous ceremony. The subject of a man leaving his parents and cleaving to his mate is in bibical. If gays want civil unions fine but since God is not in favor of gay behavior, Sodem and Gomorra come to mind, I feel that gay marrage is a slap in the face of God.

Just because you don't like it if 2 men or 2 women get married doesn't mean they can't. Personally, I think it's a slap in the face of humanity when people like you prevent anyone else from taking part of a lifetime commitment.

Lots of people don't believe in the bible. Lots of people believe in other religions. You want to believe want you want to believe - fine. Don't prevent others from experiencing what they want to because of it.
